Shipping and Return Policy

What’s your shipping policy?

Our garments are 100% handmade, making each special and unique. please allow 5 - 7 business days for your order to be processed. need an order expedited? click here. ASÉ is not responsible for any lost or stolen ITEM via shipping. Customers are responsible for ensuring the package is received.

Do you offer international shipping? 

international customers are responsible for duties, customs fees, and taxes on orders. We do not pre-pay at checkout. Any refused shipments can be credited after they are returned to the sender minus a 15% restocking fee.

What is your return policy? 

sales on collection garments are final. no returns or exchanges. Essentials and all other items are eligible to return for credit or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items returned must be unworn / unused and in original condition with all tags attached. If the item is worn / used no credit will be issued. Once we receive your return, a credit will be sent via email that can be used towards future online purchases. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
